Anyone have the Joovy Triple stroller? ETA- Another one too
I know theres a few moms of 3 under 3-5 on here...and was wondering if anyone had it?
Its basically my only choice
I need something for Noah, he will be 28 months when they babies come and I need something for stores, mall etc for a good while for him.
Is there a seat belt for the stand on part's padded seat?
And If anyone has it with a 2-3 yr old , did they do ok with just the back part?
Noahs still sooo comfortable in his strollers I cannot see it working well but I need something.
TIA
Or this one? Its super duper cheap and has the benefit of putting Noah in the back back with the seat recline ( being the easiest place as the heaviest as well)
I am thinking of things like trips to the beach to walk the boardwalk, mall days, park walks, Family kids sports events....things like that where at 2 and 1/2 Noah is still likely to fall asleep or want to be comfortable kwim?

Donna - I would imagine by the time you actually venture out with the twins and Noah you may not need a triple stroller at that point KWIM? They are due in the winter so I'm sure the outings won't really be for a few months where you take all three out. I would wait to buy a triple stroller until the time comes - Noah may be fine with walking at that point (he will be almost three)

Look at the Valco Tri Mode Twin- its a double, with the option to add a third seat for a toddler. Its pricey, but I think it would be a great option for you since you can still use it just for the twins after your DS is out of a stroller.
I can't imagine pushing a triple!

My gf had the Joovy triple. It is HUGE! You really need a truck with a very large trunk to accommodate it since it is so long. It is also very heavy but so is my double...

I have the Joovy triple and I like it a lot. Roman just turned 3, Clover is 18 months and Paxton is 4 weeks. It is pretty light even with all 3 and manuevers well. Roman LOVES to stand in the back but it is not too comfy to sit on the little seat that is there. I actually hung a black mesh net that he sits in like a hammock. I got it for under 280.00 at Toys r us online. I think it all depends on the older child though. I thought about not using a stroller for Roman but then I thought on occasion he does need to be strapped into something so there you have it. It does have a seatbelt for the older kid.

i have it too, it doesn't fit in my SUV its very heavy, but it does fit all 3 of them. We only use it to go for walks to the park and stuff. The seat is padded and has a seat belt. ETA: Despite being heavy, it is easy to push.

My girlfriend has triplets and has the peg perego, which looks the same as the Joovy. She HATES it, says it's too long. She rather have the side by side...

Ok, I hate to say it but Im freaking out a bit now...
Are there any other options?
I really truly cannot see Noah not being in a stroller for most activities for a while yet!
Im not sure which one is the lesser of the evils?

A mom in our library class has this---she has about 10 month old twins boys and probably a 2.5-3 year old DD---sometimes she has the jump seat on for the little girl, other times she walks.

I looked into this one actually.
But a few negatives... the $800 Price tag being the first ...Plus $99 for the actual infant seat...so its really $900.
And then the infant or toddler part just seems like I dont know, not comfortable for too much.
For the price, I feel like its just a glorified Jogging stroller?
AHHH, This stinks , these decisions
But the more I look at it, the more I think it might just be the best option....But AHHH that price!

Re: Anyone have the Joovy Triple stroller? ETA- Another one too
There is a lady in my area who has the double jogger with the jump. That was the only option for her because she would drop the older boy off at preschool and then would have the twins.
The front to back strollers are really heavy and a bit difficult to push.

I am sure you are doing this already, but keep your eye on craigslist, people often sell more expensive strollers when they are done with them to try to recoup some of the cost

I also would check out the Valco. There are a few parents where I live that have them with the jump seat. Check Craigslist and Ebay. Also you can do a double with a buggy board and maybe an Ergo for one of the twins if Noah wants to sit.

I saw a woman at the Zoo with this and it was awsome. I'm due in July wuh #3 and I'll have a 3, 1 and NB. It's awsome. I almost had DH run up to ask her what it was called but she was gone.
