Anyone have this furniture set from JC Penney (kids' room)
I'm seriously considering it.
Just looking for feedback, reviews, etc. Stinks that I can't see it in person (online only), and I do wish it was a true white instead of an "antique white", but I do like the beadboard style since I want to do a beachy-room.
Thanks! I know lots of people have good things to say about JCP furniture, so that's a good thing! And the pricing is reasonable.
It's the JCP Taylor set. I would be getting the 5-piece twin set and the additional chest of drawers.

Oh I LOVE this set. I've wanted to get it for the girls' room so badly. It's so reasonable priced.
DH is being a PITA about spending money for something we won't need for at least another year.

I just got the twin headboard and footboard to this set. The rest of the furniture is from Bassett but it matched perfectly.
I"m really happy with the quality of the bed for the price. i can't give an opinion on the other pieces though. the headboard and footboard aren't really thick or real wood but look great for the cost and seem very durable.
The main complaint on the bed is that the side rail is metal and if you dont use a bedskirt you can see it. I love bedskirts so it was not a problem. i can take a pic of it if you want.
I think my mom said the massapequa jcpenny has the bed on display (not sure about the other pieces) because she saw it before i ordered it.
It's definitely not a bright white set but not too antiquey either. call massapequa jcpenny and see if you can see it.
i would recommend the bed!
if you decide to order- look on retainmenot for coupon codes. we got it on sale and didn't pay for shipping to our home.

I bought DS furniture from JCP online site unseen, and LOVE it. Its solid wood and FANTASTIC FANTASTIC quality and looks better than it did on the site.
