Anyone have this guard from One Step Ahead?

I want to be sure it will stay put but can be easily removed when needed too.

I had it and it didnt stay put at all. My SIL had the same problem. I had to side mount it on my old stove vs. top mounting it (you can do it 2 ways) Maybe it stays better when top mounted? I dont know if it was the mounting or the heat from the oven but you'd be in the other room and hear a crash sound, and it was this falling off. It's kind of hard to explain but I was able to tuck the edge between the door of the oven and it helped in a makeshift manner. I abandoned using it and opted for harassing them out of the kitchen.

ugh, that is what I'm afraid of. And for $22 IMO it should work! The one in BRU is around $14 or so.

I have a slide in stove though with knobs on the back, so I really need something that'll just stay put - but I cannot even figure out how it would secure anywayChat Icon

For now Emily doesn't bother with the stove - I would just hate for something to happen thoughChat Icon

I had it top mounted and it came off. I think that the adhesive doesn't hold up to the heat too well, but I didn't want to glue it onto the stove.

I had the same problem with the oven lock, the adhesive didn't work after a while.
