Anyone have to take a break b/c of being sick?

or your child being sick?

My DD is/was sick all week, then I was for a bit, and now DH.....I haven't run in a week and WW was slightly off the past couple of days (even though I threw up my dinner last night )

SO frustrating! I'm trying to tell myself to just focus on all of us getting healthy and feel better first, then go back to the routine.

I suffer from chronic daily migraines and when I have a bad attack it throws me off for weeks. I try really hard to maintain my normal diet but it can be hard and I have to stay out of the gym totally the noise and lights are killer. I usually get back into my work out routine fairly quickly and I try to do as much as I can at home. It can be frustrating.
