Anyone have window guards?
My son is at a very curious age and is constantly in the windows of his room. I've even caught him trying to open the window a few times. Obviously I cant put locks on them that we cant get open God forbid we had an emergency. So I need guards of some kind. Anyone have recommendations? TIA

I've been thinking of getting them for the playroom b/c Sean is often trying to sneak up there by himself. I know One Step Ahead has them.

Re: Anyone have window guards?
Do you have central air and keep your windows closed, or do you open them regularly for air?
If they are closed, a regular sash lock is all you need. Like:
If they are opened for air, do you want to open them just a few inches, or all the way up? If just a few inches you can use:
If you want to be able to open them all the way, then you go with:
I use all three of these in different parts of our second floor condo...

Re: Anyone have window guards?
Thanks for the info and pictures. We actually have our window closed most of the time (central air this summer too YAY) . The BurglaBar looks interesting as something that might work. Otherwise my thoughts were for the bars, I saw them in One step ahead but wasnt sure if there were other options out there.
