anyone hear of this product?

this is similar to the breathable bumpers i put on my registry, but it seems they come in more colors, and they are alil more padded, which seems good...
what do you guys think???
I dont want the regular bumpers for fear of SIDS..supposedly these help prevent. Image Attachment(s):
