Anyone here time share owners

My husband and I bought a time share through westgate last March. We own at the Planet Hollywood Towers in Vegas. I LOVE the idea of having the time share BUT unfortunately with the baby coming in March we think its best that we sell it so its one less monthly payment we have to make.
Has anyone had any experience selling their time shares? Any advice you can give? I did come across a place called TimeShare by owners where they can sell or rent your timeshare- BUT they have a 1 time upfront fee.

Can't you just post it online? I think you should rent it for a few years (pple love timeshare, but not everyone wants to own it). Then trade it for different places when the baby is old enough. We have one in Aruba and can't wait to take Mason there this Feb. He'll be 9 months so just sitting on the beach there during the day or pool playing with him will be fun and perfect. Plus, everything is in walking distance.
