anyone here with epstein barr?

If so, how does it affect you? what do you do for it, etc?
Just had some blood work again yesterday and my dr. brought it up...I've been having some symptoms of it. It's been on and off for quite some time. I also had mono years ago which is tied into that.

I was told that I have it....sometimes I just feel really tired and my joints seem really achey, do a blood test to see if it comes back postive...and yes it is related to mono, so if you had mono as a kid there is a good chance that you come back postive for it...I personally think that it is a catch all like cronic fatigue syndrome...no treatment for it just pain management...but I only get affect a few times a year sometimes less..

I found out I had it @ 15 yrs old, when I found out I had mono...

I was told it something Ill have 4ever...Something that will act up from time to time...

I find I get sick alot easier, and tirey very easy as well...

I try not to over do it- but sometimes you cant avoid it, and I try to take a all in one vitamin (I was told it would help)
