Anyone in HR here? Question
I just had a question if anyone in HR (or anyone familiar with HR workplace laws!)
I am currently working from home and have been able to do it mostly by email communication, but next week is when I have to start taking virtual appointments/phone appointments, multiple ones a day, and I don't know how I am going to do it with the kids around, let alone 1 with special needs. I only get help when my DH is off (he is an essential worker). If I can't do it would this qualify under any type of leave act?

Check out the emergency family leave under the CARES Act -- you may be entitled to leave -- you'd be paid a max of $200 per day for 10 weeks.
