Anyone Interested In Buying a home in East Rockaway?
My sister is selling her home in East Rockaway.
Its a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom home.
It is all redone, with a finished basement with separate entrance.
Detached garage,
Large 3 bedrooms upstairs with HUGE closets in each.
Great location a 100 foot walk to the platform to the train. Very convenient!!
Anyone interested FM me! Its hasnt gone on the market yet
ETA: East Rockaway School District
and walking distance to st. raymonds chuch and school

Good Luck, is that on Centre Avenue? I went to St. Raymond's as a kid 
My parents still live in ER and will eventually be putting my childhood home on the market.

I live in ER now,and grew up my whole life in ER... we have an apartment.
What elementary school...rhame or centre?

I live walking distance from Raymond's and Centre Ave Elementary
New neighbors?...
I love my neighborhood...and every lot around here seems to be huge!
