anyone jog with a double jogger stroller

Most of the time I jog I have my 2 little guys so I use the jogger stroller however I'm not sure if that is what is causing the pain in my knees. I jog at the track 3miles but everytime I go around I have to force the stroller to go to that side since the front wheel does move but I have a feeling I might be turning it wrong like using more of my legs to turn it then my arms. Not sure if this is making sense but just figured I would ask. Or can it just be too heavy for me to be pushing sideways. I don't know but if anyone knows what I'm talking about I'll take any advise.

I use one, but I didn't get the fixed wheel for that reason. I can see it being a nightmare on the track. I use a swivel wheel in a locked position, so it gives a little more leeway in turns.

with the fixed wheel you need to push the handlebar down, so the front wheel is up, to turn. that's a lot of pushing on a track, but should be a good arm workout.

try running the outside lanes - the turns won't be as tight.
