Anyone know a therapist..
I desperately need to see someone about this TERRIBLE fear i have about being home alone.
It is crippling me.
Please help!!

i have that fear and im dealing with it through therapy
id recommend my therpaist
but shes in CT
i hope you feel better- therapy has helped me alot- though im not fullu cured- but i sleep well when im alone

I don't have any names, but I wanted to give you lots of alone
and let you know that you are NOT alone. I suffer from the SAME crippling fear. I understand how it can completely interfere with your life.
