Anyone know how to make CoCito from scratch?
the only ones I can find is with the eggnog, i want to make it from scratch though. It is Puerto Rican eggnog. I want to surprise my family with it on Christmas. TIA!

I never heard of this drink before but I guess that would make sense because I'm not Puerto Rican............
I was looking online for you though.....

Yes , thank you so much, I saw that one. There is one that is from scratch where you have to use eggs or egg substitute Im trying to find that one. I saw it on TV and dummy me said ah it'll be on the website- Daisy Cooks, and its not- they only list a few so that you have to buy her book if you want the recipes.
she used egg substitute I believe but I dont remember all the ingredients she used,

Here is one that I have and have used
4 cans Coco Lopez cream of coconut
3 cans evaporated milk
3 cans condensed milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 gallon vanilla ice cream
powdered cinnamon to taste
1 liter white rum
