Anyone know much about Stroller Strides?

My sister mentioned it to me- and then I see the ad on LIF all the time.

What have we heard about it? Anyone?

I'm an AVID gym goer, pretty hardcore when I'm motivated (which I'm not right now..pregnancy has made me LAZY!!). I just wonder if this is another 'Curves' type craze - and no offense to those who swear by Curves but I know that concept is not for me. I'm a high intensity kinda gal.

So....has anyone heard- Is it effective? I like the idea since I have a feeling it's gonna be even harder to keep up a gym routine...even with the child care centers they have at my gym. I don't plan on leaving my infant in there at all. Just wondering if my money is better placed here than a monthly fee at a gym that I hardly go to.

Thanks! Silly me decided to do a search AFTER I posted and found a lot of info.

Just hoping to hear how the classes are in Jersey- guess I better ask around!
