Anyone know of a yoga/pilates class for pregnancy?
Hi! I'm new to Long Island and even more new to being pregnant. I thought a yoga class would be a great way to meet some other people and get an additional fitness routine w/ benefits.
If anyone knows of such a thing, I'd really appreciate her sharing. I also need to look into birthing classes, that's how I came across this board. Can't quite pick a method to follow yet though.

South Nassau has prenatal yoga classes and a binch of other classes

the Jewish Community Center in Plainview has a Prenatal class starting in starting October 15 on Mondays from 6 - 7 pm. The cost is $171 for 14 sessions. You don't need to be jewish or a member of the center.
