Anyone know of any adult fitness boot camp you would rec?
Han anyone tried fitness boot camp? I really seriously need to loose 20 lbs in a month =( Does anyone recommend any in Bayside? Queens? New Hyde Park or Great Neck? Has anyone ever gone to one? Thanks !!

I know a great trainer who will train you like its boot camp... And he is pretty well priced... Fm me for details if you are interested...

Several of my friends go to Better Body Bootcamp on Bell Blvd next door to Tequila Sunrise. It's intense, but they all love it.
