Anyone know the Xmas Blow Up House on Ocean Ave in Ronkonkoma?
There is a sign on the roof of this house and I can not make out what it says on it. Does anyone know what it says? I know someone was evicted but that is all I have been able to read of it since DH won't slow down enough for me to read it all, LOL.

Its on the right, I want to say closer to Motor Parkway...but yes, north of the LIE.

Did you also notice someone spray painted the fence on the side of the house?! I would be pizzed if I were the landlord!

I was trying to read that too, the last few times we went by. I'm guessing he figured that any friends looking for him that he hadn't been able to contact could find him that way (or maybe someone coming by to buy drugs???)

he couldn't afford his rent anymore so he stopped paying, got evicted, and is now living someplace else. he wants to let his "fans" (of the blow ups on his lawn) know where he is now located so they could come check out his blow ups. i guess he should have put the money he spent on the blow ups in the bank and then maybe he could have afforded his rent.
i know the LL (through friends - friend of a friend) and he destroyed the house, was a terrible tenant, and stopped paying and offered NO excuse or anything like that. the LL even tried to work with him, lower the rent, give him extra time, etc.

the neighbors must be thrilled at least.
And yes, the fence originally had @sshole spray painted on it, the got most of it off, but now its just the lines down the side.

YEP!!!! He's right up the road from me...
A few weeks ago I was waiting for him to switch cars out of his driveway. I was stopped on Lake Ave right in front of his house. Some kid rear ended me going 35...
Anyway...this D***** just finished moving his cars and went right back into his house. You would have thought that he would have come out and made sure that everyone was OK.
The house that he is in, although nice, has been a rental for the longest time. The previous tenants, Im sure, did a number on the place. There was about 10 people living in the house....college kids.

OMG...YEARS ago, I looked at that house to rent the apt in the basement with a friend..well it was way too small, and it was during "off" holiday time, we had no idea the apt upstairs did this...I could have wound up with that crap on my front lawn!!!!!!!!
