Anyone know what is being built on Sunrise Highway in East Patchogue
Anyone know what is being built on the south side of sunrise highway 1 mile or so east of route 112 - by the old model home ? Recently construction has started and there is all dirt there now.

I think there was talk about building a Walmart on the north side of Sunrise by Hospital Road but not the south side and even that was never approved by the town.

Well you weren't supposed to quote me on it, but ya did Just kidding. If it's not Walmart, then I really have no idea what it is because I heard they nixed the north side of sunrise Walmart plan in favor for this one. But I honestly don't remember where I heard that.

It's not that. You'd have heard much more if Walmart was gonna try again.
From what I've heard, it's athletic fields for St. Joseph's College and a new location for Bellport Animal Hospital.
