Anyone know where I can donate old cassette tapes/video tapes/cds even?
Or would a charity not even want them??? I hate to just throw them out.

Mather hospital has a thrift shop they take all kinds of things, you can try there.

We put all ours out at a yard sale and made a ton of money.
People look for those things in good quality.

You could donate them to your local library. My library sells videos, DVDs, etc, on the same cart as the used books.

I find that no one wants them - even as donations. I've tried. We had a yard sale and sold a slew of stuff that way. I say try Craig's List or a yard sale.

I tried to give my CD's away and no one wanted them so I ended up selling them to Secondspin.com and got a couple of bucks for them. They by CD's and DVD's. It maybe worth it to go that route with your CD's

At my job last year, they did a vhs tape drive and gave the tapes to a veterans rehab center.
