Anyone know where I can find

I know this doesn't really answer your question, but you should try these socks from Hanna Andersson.
Baby's First Socks
They never come off my DS's feet. The teacher at daycare even commented how his socks never come off.

I love Gap socks, they never come off!
Also, I just got a cute outfit with feet at Children's Place (online). They had such cute stuff!!

I got a few from BBB last year. They were such a life saver b/c DDs would rip their socks off all the time too!

I bought Carter's wiggle proof socks and they don't come off. I got them at BRU.
6pk for 10.99
My Aunt found some feet outfits in Kmart.

I know you werent looking for sock reccomendations but I will just say that the carters wiggle proof socks are the only ons that never came off DD!
Those outfits with the feet are hard ti find but last year I did get DD one at macys and one at BRU.
