Anyone know who has the best Mtg. rates?
We're trying to work on selling house one to buy house two and I have to do the pre-approval thing again. My lender has terrible rates. Any advice? i already went to bankrate.com but....

If you have good credit try the bank you have your checking and savings with. Credit Unions are also good if you belong to one.

we locked at 6.125% from HSBC. Best, WAMU gave the exact same but HSBC was very fast moving.

yes, rates have gone up, they are at around 6.2% now for a 30yr fixed.
