My mother lived there for a number of years and she loved it. She had her own parking spot which made life alot easier. Parking if you own 2 cars can be rough, esp if you keep the normal "out in the AM, home in the PM" schedule. For visitors as well. My mother did live in one of the outer buildings so the next block was houses which made parking easier. Other than that, she absolutely loved it. Everything was really nicely maintained too. The only thing that irked her as an owner was that there were alot of rentals that had grandfathered leases....the person who lived next door to her had a 3 bedroom unit and paid $800 a month!!! Not sure if the ratio of owners-to-renters has changed, I know they were trying to go in that direction.

My husband's grandmother lives there and loves it. They do have water leaking problems here and there, but they have been working to correct them. The community is great. Parking is tough. She loves using the pool in the summer. The express bus to manhattan is right in front of her building which is very convenient for her since she does not drive. She loves the area in general.

My friend lives there and she really likes it...she has had a leaky ceiling issue and parking really does blow for visitors and if you have another car. Other then that the apt. is nice and she loves the pool

I have a friend that lives there and I think it is gorgeous! She completely renovated it when she bought it though! Also, parking is definately a PITA!
