That's part of the reason why she is selling. It's just too far from her work and family. Although I have to say it's a very convenient location. The house is in the middle of a large residential area but it's only 3 or 4 mintues from the LIE. Very Very Convenient.

It's a great house. Truly move-in condition. And the size of the property can't be beat. The front and back years are HUGE!

I don't know too much about the town. I've seen positive and negative posts on this website about it. I do like the area this house is in because it's totally residential, not close to any main roads or anything. The block is cute, most people have the same or similar style home and the majority of them look recently updated. There are always kids playing in the street. Seems like a good neighborhood to me.
