Anyone looking for an apartment?

We are currently in a 2-family house - the apartment upstairs is vacant and we will be moved out of ours completely by July 31.

Upstairs - 3 BR

Downstairs - 2 BR

I'm not sure what the rent is going to be - we have been on the same lease for about 7 years, and I am sure it will go up once we move out.

We're in Baldwin - I can send you pics of both places if you want!

I can vouch for the fact that it's a really nice appartment. HUGE kitchen!!!

I forgot to add that the kitchens in both apartments are HUGE!!!!!!!! At one point, we had a regulation sized pool table and a regular table in our kitchen. Right now, there are 2 tables, an entertainment center, a love seat and a china cabinet in there.

Both are one bathroom, have a washer and dryer, upstairs is all carpeted - downstairs has hardwood in the living room and both bedrooms.

There's a decent sized back yard as well.....
