Anyone looking to buy in Garden City
I know there arent many reasonable houses in the area, but i saw this 3 bed 2 bath townhouse and it looks great with low taxes
garden city townhouse
i havnt seen many of these for sale

Not sure if it matters to you, but I know exactly where that house is, I pass it everyday. It is actually on the border of Garden City and Hempstead...I always thought it was in Hempstead, but it must be the very last street before you hit hempstead.
Not sure if you're familiar with the area, but it is right off of Franklin (the street with all the car dealerships).
Just guessing that's why it's a little cheaper. Hope this helped

I have a friend on Meadow Street in Garden City. it's the first street in, when you go through Hempstead.
