anyone make their own pasta/ravioli
My dh keeps trying and they keep exploding when they hit the water. We can't figure out why. We've done different thicknesses, froze them, cooked them right away etc
Why would they explode? We have the texture and inside down it's just the exploding part

Mine usually explode when there is air inside. Are you really careful to seal the dough around the filling with no air bubbles?

i wonder if this is why my dumplings explode when i make them..
