i loveee making pizza... i have done

mushrooms and onion

pepperoni sausage and onions and peppers

fresh tomatoes and mozzarella with a lot of basil and oregano

I make a vodka pie with procutto di parma vodka sauce and mozzarella

fried eggplant with sauce and mozzarella dotted with ricotta

chicken/ricotta/brocolli/cheddar cheese

all mixed together in a sauce pan (until cheddar melts)

soooo good...i usually do this if I am making a deep dish pizza, which is just me putting the dough in a cake pan and up the sides and baking.

I make my own pizza (dough and everything!)

I usually do a simple shredded mozzarella, sliced roma tomatoes, garlic, basic, and parmesan topping.

Sometimes we do veggies - peppers, onions, mushrooms, broccoli.

yup... we buy the pillsbury pizza dough and add sauce, part skim moz and I'll add lots of veggies... tomatoes, peppers, broccoli, orgegano and garlic

do you saute the veggies before...or just put them on the pizza raw?

I use the Pillsbury dough and put chicken, pineapple, onion, and bacon bits. So yummy.

DH puts sliced smoked sausage, onions, mushrooms, and bacon bits.

I love making a tomato and onion pizza with mozzarella. Mmmmmm.

our favorite is just sliced tomato, fresh basil leaves, and slices of fresh mozz.... no red sauce or anything. we do coat the tomato witha little olive oil and oregano though...

I dice up peppers, onions, mushrooms, and add in pepperoni, and sometimes sausage. You can add any meat really - Don't saute the veggies first or they will get soggy.

My friend gave me a recipe for a mexican pizza that is also really good - she uses beans (you can put a thin layer or refried beans or just put some black beans on the crust) then add- onions, cheese, diced cooked chicken (or other meat), and then after you cook it she adds diced tomatoes, drizzles salsa, sour cream and guacamole and adds some diced black olives and jalapinos.
