Anyone NOT getting a santa pic?
I am just not into standing on lines and the craziness of it. I don't remember getting my pic with santa when I was little. Am I going to regret not having one?

Ive brought my kids for the last 4 years and never waited in any crazy lines, maybe 3 or 4 people ahead of us...it depends on when you go. I do love the Santa pics. But if you are only able to go on the weekend, I suppose its the roughest time. Listen, if you dont get a Santa pic, I have a feeling she will not be on a therapists couch in 20 years talking about it.

I took my son but i don't ever remember having one either when I was younger. When I went the other day, there was no one in line though, no wait at all! I'm really not into the lines or the mall really so that worked for me just fine!

I tried and RJ flipped- wouldnt even let the man look at him- So unless I get brave and decide to try again- it looks like we wont be getting a santa pic this year...

We went last year during the week on a Thursday and didn't wait online at all.
We might skip it though this year because we spent way too much money on her portraits.

If it helps, go when Santa is taking a break and wait for a few mins and be the 1st one online. We literally waited only 10 mins.

dont know if i'm gonna do it this year. Jacob will be one next month and he is totally and completely AFRAID of everyone who is not me or DH or my inlaws. So, i dont think i want to traumatize him.

Only reason why we're NOT is because Michael is AFRAID of Santa 
Last year it took me 3 times and 3 different Santas before I threw in the towel - this year we went to visit Santa and Michael didn't even want out of his stroller... I'm not going to force it on him this year although I would love one.
If you're worried about the crowds, I'd go to a smaller mall - Source or Broadway and go early - if you go before Santa arrives, you'd probably end up being first in line! The Santa's at both those malls are really cute!

I have taken Ava since she was born- 2 1/2 years ago, so this is her 3rd x-mas. I want to keep up the tradition my Mother started. My brothers and I , have a picture with Santa every year- starting when my older brother was born in 1969. My Mom keeps them in a giant Holiday Photo Album. We love to look at it every year.

we just attempted to take the santa pic yesterday, well, my 2 year old started screaming "im scared", and wont budge from his stoller, then i think he scared my dd and she wouldnt take a pic either. so im pretty sure there will be no santa pic this year. oh well. no big deal.
