Anyone not use Fast Pass?
We've been to Disney once a year for the past 3 yrs and probably used FP twice (Toy Story Mania and the Toy Story ride at MK).
We just tour half days without them. Before FP+, we didn't think it was worth it to run to the rides to get the fast passes. We usually leave the parks by the time it gets very busy.
I think this new FP+ system sounds great because you can reserve in advance. However, I just booked Disney Dolphin for our upcoming trip in March and they are considered non-Disney although the resorts I on Disney property.
Has anyone been to the parks after this new FP system has been implemented?
Does it increase wait times for the non-FP lines?

I've heard the lines are atrocious, and the lines for the kiosks to get fast passes for offsite guests are also atrocious. Lots of negative feedback regarding the entire system. I think Disney really screwed up with this one. We are going to the MK for a day in a couple of weeks, so we'll see how it goes.

We are going the first week of March in attempts to beat out the spring breakers.
I am actually considering skipping MK this time around and just going to Epcot and AK. Those are our children's favorites.
I really don't want to waste precious park time waiting in a line at a kiosk to get fast passes.

BIL is a manager at MK. According to him standby lines have DECREASED. Said it's due to FP+ and the changes to the GAC. We are going down in May so I guess we will see then.

That is good news for us since we don't normally use fast pass. We are going at supposedly low crowds of 3-4. We like to be go at rope drop and leave after lunch so about 3 solid hours of rides, then lunch and shows.

I just went in January and while I came down with the flu and lost several days of my trip, we still had a blast and didn't use a single fast pass.

Re: Anyone not use Fast Pass?
I'm at Disney now. I'm onsite, so I made fast passes in advance. It's been great so far. The stand-by lines are not bad. The longest we've waited is 30 minutes. But I had fastpasses for the longer wait rides. If you try to do it that day, all they have left is late times for the high demand rides.

We went in December. Stand by lines were about the same. Fast pass return lines were longer, and the lines to get TO the fast pass return were crazy long at times too.

I just went in December. We used Fast Passes for Soarin and Test Track in Epcot.
We used them for Space Mountain in MK.
