Anyone off tomorrow for Veterans Day??
We dont get that day off but we do get the day after Thanksgiving off!! 
ARe the schools closed?
I know the PO is open but what about the banks??

We are open...
Schools are closed but the banks are open...they are closed Saturday bc that is Veterans Day!!!

Thanks... I know that Sat is really Veterans day but my calendar says the Friday is the "observed" day...didnt really know what that meant as far as what was open or closed.

My school is closed, which works for me because Saturday is my birthday, so it's like the school is giving me a present!
I don't ever remember getting an extra day for Veteran's Day when it fell on a weekend though....this is a strange year. But I'm not going to argue!

i took off. My parents are out of town, and my brother is off and needs to be bussed around to football practice, etc. Rich is off.
