anyone order form Belini???

I went there and LOVE their stuff...has anyone negotiated with tem at all? They are a little more $$$ than other places but beautiful stuff...

We ordered from there. There was a 20% discount off the full price. Furniture is beautiful. Customer Service s*cked - One of the worst stores to deal with ever..

We got all of our furniture from there and got some things thrown in for free (the mattress, changing pad, and changing pad cover) and a discount on some of the bigger items. Pictures of our nursery are in my album if you want to look.

I agree with Elbee - customer service is not the best. But the furniture is well worth the hassle.

BTW - we ordered from a Bellini in FL.

I got my DD furniture from them, and it is beautiful, never had a problem with them, wonderful service!! I didn't get anything off on the furniture though, it was all new.

I just ordered my crib (and mattress) and a glider last week. They were having a 20% off sale for their Anniversary - not sure if it is still going on.

This is the crib we got - I love it!

ETA: We tried to get a further discount or something thrown in but it wasn't happening - the 20% off was good enough for me to go with it though!

I ordered from Bellini in Melville and had no problems... the furniture is beautiful and the quality is unbeatable.

Also, we had some stains on the rocker pads, I called and they said they would get replacements in the store for me by the next day and they did.........the woman we worked with was very helpful and we were happy with the experience.

they wont budge on the prices but their furniture is outstanding---i love my changing table since DS can lie vertically instead of horizontally
