Anyone order from Albee baby recently?
Is it normal for them to double charge you? this is my first time ordering with them and they charged me twice for the same order on my CC, I called them and of course they are closed.
so I called CC company and have to fill out paperwork- hopefully tomorrow I can get ahold of a person and they credit me right away being its on my debit card

I can't imagine that it's normal for them to double charge you... if that was normal they probably wouldn't be in business anymore!

I placed an order a few days ago- check my debit card and they double charged me today- 2 separate times, dummies- I called they are closed so tomorrow I will call again.
just wondering if it was common practice with them.

I called my debit company but exceeded my minutes on TFCU phone access...does that make ANY sense???NO!!!!! OK, so now I have to wait for TFCU to open so I can see if I was double charged. Did you get two bills in you "thank you" emails? I only have one order in my email

nope all 1 order number and 1 order, I received 3 emails, first one to thank me for ordering, 2nd to tell me order is processing, 3rd to tell me shipped.

I'm thinking you weren't actually double charged. The first was probably a pending authorization when you ordered to see if you have the money on the card. The second was probably the actual charge. That happened to me with little dudes and divas when I ordered my diaper bag. One of them usually drops off in a few days.

Nope actual charge- pending charges stay in pending, "hard" charges get withdrawn out of my account. and over 300 was withdrawn.
they credited my debit card- thank goodness!!!

I keep getting voice mail but they credited my account and tracking says I should get my stuff today- so they are very quick!
it was an honest mistake and they took care of it fast

I never order from them. The store is around the corner from my house and I shop there all the time. Double billing doesn't seem right to me.
