anyone paint clouds on nursery?

I've always wanted to do this.

Just wondering if anyone else has painted clouds or anything else on the nursery walls.

DH wants to paint the rest of the nursery yellow and I'm not sure how blue skies and yellow walls will look together.

Plus we have a sloped wall above where the crib would be, so I'm thinking of painting only that with the clouds.

Any ideas??? Suggestions???

The previous owner of the house had this...we painted over it, but she used a sponge & a dry brush to smooth them out & make them look fluffy (I asked her when we first looked at the house b/c she did such a fab job).

if i can remember correctly, girlygrl33 did this and posted beautiful pics.

we were thinking of doing this, but we have an open floor plan and the ceiling in the living room extends into the nursery, so i don't know if it would work for us... but it's a cute idea!

Not in a nursery but in a childs bedroom...

Lower half of wall is green with flowers and cutey bugs...upper part and ceiling is blue...ceiling has clouds..and a sun..and a rainbow..and at night (glow in the dark paint) Stars...
