Anyone purchase furniture (sofa) online, without seeing it in person?? (JCPenney)
DH and I are looking for either a sectional or two sofas. We have found the nicest ones at JCPenney's (and the most inexpensive!). But I am so scared to order a couch without sitting on it first. I love some of their leather couches, and they are great prices, but I don't want them to be uncomfy! Help!

I actually just purchased a sofa and chair online from JCP....I know its scary not to see the furniture before buying it, but I did it anyay because I was looking everywhere and the price was so right!
I LOVE my new furniture. It came in 4 days!!!!!! It is so nice and so soft. And the delivery was great.

techincally, two different company under parent JCP... JPC online don't stock items at there furniture stores. JCP furniture store (lake groove) is like any other furniture store (like the ones on rt 110)
We ordered several things from JCP Online. 7 pecie dinning table set, bedroom set and mirror. I would buy again without seeing. Its not great furniture but it's a close second.

I did but it was our kitchen table and the price was right. I don't know if I would buy a sofa but that is just me.

we got our leather sectional at JC Pennys 3 years ago. I LOVE it and it's sooo comfy. Everybody compliments it.

I bought a small table and chair set for my kitchen from jc penney online and had a bad experience. the quality was good, but they sent the wrong chairs and it took me over 2 months to finally get the right chairs. their customer services wasn't the greatest.
on the other hand i bought my coffee, end tables and entertainment armoire from the store and only have positive things to say.

I purchased bookshelves from JCP without seeing them in person. They were delivered in great shape, and they're very good quality. JCP has great stuff.
