Anyone reading Wheat Belly by Dr. William Davis?
Just curious about your thoughts. I'm a huge wheat eater and I just starting reading this book. It's really making me think about my diet and might explain why I have gained some weight.

Never heard of it but I am going to take a look at it. I recently gave up wheat due to a sensitivity to it.
