Anyone see a movie that makes them sad for their children?
I saw "Taken" last night and I can't get the movie out of my head. I don't want to ruin it for anyone but lets just say that it makes me sad for my children especially DD that she has to live in this sick twisted world. I need to watch some cartoons and remember (hope) that there is more good than bad in the world.

totally.
now that i am a mom i look at everything differently. i saw a TV show tonight where a child died and i was crying. last year that would not have affected me the same way.
being a mommy is not easy. things really pull at my heart now and its not like i was cold before but im much more emotional now.

EVERYTHING makes me cry now that I have a child...the Quit Smoking commercials about the affects of smoking on children make me tear up just THINKING about them.

absolutely!! After seeing Slumdog Millionaire I couldn't get a perticular seen out of my head. I think I am a lot more sensetive to child situations then before

There are so many things that I have a hard time watching now.
A few weekends ago Steel Magnolias was on - and OMG - I always cried like a baby with that movie - but now having a child - I literally could not catch my breathe. Thinking of all that Sally Field did to try to save her daughter - and then thinking of that little boy that lost his mother when he was so young. OMG. Could not stand it!
