anyone see a therapist and can recommend one
please do not recommend one through my RE office, I would like to find one that will take insurance.

The problem is the really experienced if ones likely don't take insurance :(. I recently found someone that listed infertility and took insurance and when we met she wasn't sure what Iui was. I never went back.
Www.Psychologytoday.com is a fantastic website to learn about the therapists in your area. You can sort by specialty, insurance, gender, read a bio on them, etc.
Make sure to do a brief phone consult ahead of time when booking appt and ask them about their if experience.

the ones at that RE charge $$, wont take insurance. If I find someone Ill let you know.

I found someone that takes insuranIce and deals with IF
the good news is, she knows all the RE practices and knows and understands the stats

I'm happy you're going. Dh and I started going together, at hs urging actually, after our first Ivf didn't work. We stayed on with her through our second Ivf and my pregnancy. I think it's a great move. Happy you found someone.

I myself (still) go. I've heard great things about the whole practice, and you can check out the profiles online to see which therapist is right for you. They take ins.
South Shore Counseling in Wantagh.
