Anyone start doing Real Estate
and only start PT? I am going to a seminar next week to learn about a career in real estate. I think it is something I really want to do. I was hoping I would be able to start working PT until I am up and running but I am not sure that is feasible. I know a lot of work goes into starting up. Can you really do it only PT and work elsewhere until you get up and running? Thanks.

the most important thing is to meet w/ several realtors before choosing a broker. many realtors do not offer part time positions-do some research

its definitely possible to make money part time...but if you want to make REAL money you have to do it full time. and network, network, network. hand your cards out like your life depended on it and talk to as many mortgage brokers and attorneys as you can. you'll get alot of leads from them!
