Anyone Take Acidophilus While PG?
Anyone take acidophilus pills while pg instead of eating yogurt to keep that nasty yeast under control?

I did too early on because I was getting YI's. I took one a day, sometimes two. Keep the bottle in the fridge.

My doctor advised me against it duing the first trimester, only bc it might upset my stomach pretty badly...I stick to yogurt.

I was getting various treatments for reforsestation of the good flora, all of which I had to stop once PG except the acidophillus.

I wonder if you can take it as a preventaive throughout pg. I am def going to ask my dr today. hopefully i can take on every other day for the rest of my pg.
i never had this issue with dd just goes to show every pg is soooo different!!
