Anyone take C0Q-10 supplements?
How much do you take? Does your DH take them as well? Thinking about starting them this month since my IUI cancel has been cancelled and I am off meds.

Thank you! My acupuncturist suggested that I starting taking that and 500mg DHA/EPA.

I don't take DHA/EPA (unless that's in the prenatals I'm taking. I'll have to look). What is that for?
I also take 75 mg of DHEA daily.

My understanding is its Fish Oil. Still reading up on all this to figure it out. I take Fish Oil already but she stressed it has to have "EPA"

This is what I was taking before my last IVF. I took 300mg in the morning and 300mg in the evening.
I also took Royal Jelly in Honey (1 tsp am/ 1 tsp pm)

Yes but I take Ubiquinol which is just a different form of CoQ10 for better absorption I believe.
DH and I both take it. We take one a day; which is 200mg per capsule. Maybe I should up it to 2 then?

I just came across ubiquanol on the Vitamin Shoppe site. So that's kind of one step above coQ10? Better to buy that instead?

Yes, but if you buy online; try Vitacost.com They are a lot cheaper on most items.

Anyone take C0Q-10 supplements?
I take 400 a day- 200 in the am- 200 pm. I take the Target brand. Dh was taking 200 mg in the am. Now he started taking 400 mgs. We have been taking it for 3 months.

Def take the Umbiqinol version .....2 times a day it was about 30.00 a bottle but I got them B1G! so not too bad...good luck!
