Anyone take Citracal Prenatal vitamins?
Just wanted to ask bc I know some people have diff. reactions to diff. vitamins. Haven't started them yet I'm currently taking over the counter prenatals. Thanks!!

I take Citracal with DHA prenatals - I assume those are the ones you are talking about - it is 2 pills. I have been taking them since August and have had no problems with them. I used to take them at night so if they did bother me I wouldn't notice - but I now take them in the morning and have no issues at all with them. They have a mild stool softener which is helpful if you need it.
I was taking a one a day women's before I started these but I should add I never had a problem taking vitamins before either.
I wonder if some people who are sensative to prenatals used to not regularly take vitamins and wonder if that might be the difference?

I do..I take them at night, b/c they did make me feel sick if I took them in the morning

Ditto. And my doctor actually has me taking them every other day b/c of the constipation

I have taken them since the day I found out I was pregnant and haven't had a problem with them at all.

I've been on them forever. My OBGYN started me on them when we started TTC waaay back in October 2004.
As long as I take them at night I have no issues.

I take the Citracal with DHA also and I love them. I was on them with my last PG too. I dont have any problems with them and they make me regular which I like because I wasn't before.

these are the same ones i take....with DHA.... been taking them since June always b4 bedtime and have had zero problems

I take these as well. Have been taking them for about a month and a half now.
No issues. I take them in the morning with my breakfast!

I used to take the citrical w/colace (it has 50mg in it) Turns out I never had an issue with constipation so I stopped taking them because they were giving me the opposite problem
