Anyone take Duet DHA??
My doc prescribed Duet DHA today. I have been taking OTC prenatals which he said were fine but that these specific ones have Omega 3 fatty acids which is beneficial for my baby's brain and spine development.
Anyone have any experience with them?

I took them (still take them because I am BFing) and have never had a problem with them.

I'm taking them now and took them with DS and they worked out fine. Except they were very expensive with my insurance.

I just got off with MEDCO the prescription co for Oxford and suprisingly they're only 3 bucks a month!!
Im so suprised b/c for everything else I usually pay at least 50 dollars.

I took them, but did have a couple of side effects, but nothing serious. I had bad heartburn through the whole pregnancy and towards the end when my HB got worse, I found that the vitamins really aggravated it, but I am sure any prenatal would have done the same.
I also found that the gel tablet gave me terrible fishy tasting burps a few hours after taking it, so I started taking them at night and didn't have a problem with this during the day.
