I am taking a Omega 3 supplement. Seafood has not been appealing to me at all since I became pregnant so I am supplementing with this.

I take Duet DHA and it comes with a fish oil pill as well.

with my prenatals the DHA is a seperate capsule that is clear and orange-colored.

Mine are called Prenate DHA so they have DHA in them, however, my Dr said that you don't really benefit from DHA until about 6-7 mos- something about brain complexity...
