Anyone taking iron supplements??
If you have, is there any change in your..um..bathroom habits, consistencies, smells?
Didn't quite know how to put it.

Doctor just added it for me yesterday....no smell difference yet..but another thing to look forward to.

I did, but they really "backed me up"...I wound up taking one every other day...I figured it was better than nothing.

I pray I go every 3 days

I don't know if this will be helpful, but the doula who is teaching my lamaze class suggested if iron pills are giving the woman issues, that they stir a tablespoon of Blackstrap Molasses (HAS to be Blackstrap, not regular), which is an amazing source of iron, calcium & potassium, in a glass of milk or soymilk. It kind of tastes like iced coffee. I definitely had more energy & the molasses also helped in the "movement" department, unfortunately, now I have GD so I can't have molasses

I find that changes in my lifestyle help in that department:
I add flax seed to food when I can.
I take 2 fibercons in the PM (have been since dx with IBS over a year ago)
Drink a ton of water
Exercise
Whenever I don't do the above (usually weekends) I don't 'go'.
