Anyone travel with a sick baby?
I am so concerned... DD has been getting sick every other week (gotta love day care!) and right now she has a really bad cough and cold. We are supposed to get on an airplane in two days. I can't imagine that being a good thing.
Has anyone ever flown with a sick baby? How bad was your experience?

How sick is she?
DH's family does a reunion every year and in July 2006, my SIL brought my neice who had a little cold. She ended up in the Apalachacola ER with a double ear infection.
BUT my SIL is looney tunes, and I am sure MANY pieces of that story are missing.
I'd call the ped

oh geez! not good!
She has a bad cold, we are going to the doctor this afternoon. I certainly don't want to make her worse! Unfortunately this is supposed to be the first time my 93 year old grandmother is going to see her great grand daughter

I travelled with a perfectly healthy child and upon landing he had a double ear infection. So it goes both ways. I would go, but just be aware of how she is feeling. Be careful of the pressure in her ears, and if she is sicker when you get there, take her to a doctor asap and get antibiotics.
