I have not. My ped told me not to bother with anything organic because it doesn't work (not sure what Honest bug spray has in it though). I don't like the thought of using bug spray on little ones so we've just been avoiding buggy times of day/areas. Not really the best answer either. 
eta- I thought I was in the parenting board. What does your OB recommend? Definitely a different situation if you're pregnant. I'd go with my OB's recommendation on this one personally!
