anyone try those new "Full Bar" things yet?
they are supposed to fill you up and trick your brain that you have been satisfied.
they were on sale at stop & shop so i got some. they don't taste bad. just oat-y.
here is some info..sounds interesting info

just an update..
i had one before I was going to make my salad for lunch
and I don't even crave the salad at all!

My sister gave me a few to try. They weren't delicious but not disgusting either. I think they have too many calories though. 150 -180 extra calories per meal is a lot to be adding. I can add 2 extra cups of vegetables to my meal for around 75 calories and it's way healthier and more filling then one of these bars.
