Anyone use an agency other than Trinity for intralipids?
Trinity has been wonderful, and told me a couple of weeks ago that my GHI plan covers the infusion. I was thrilled. Today, I called to schedule my infusion for Thursday, and they told me that GHI is terminating their contract with Trinity. They will still try to submit the claim this time around, but I may have to pay OOP. I'm so upset. For once, something with my lousy plan was working out, and now it might not.
I am going ahead with Trinity this time because I don't really have time to figure something else out, and it might still end up being covered. If there's a next time, I'm going to have to find another option. I know that Linda at Dr. B's does it for less money, but I am actually covered for home infusion therapy, just not with Trinity anymore.
