I am so intrigued and think I want to do this!!!

I'm pretty sure I'm doing this. A friend of mine did it last year and said it was amazing. I currently have a pretty severe fracture in my foot and haven't been training, so I can't register now which sucks, but everyone I talk to says ya gotta try it!

I'm pretty sure I'm doing it too! A group of guys I work with are doing it and asked me to be on there team. Looks crazy, but fun!

My sister did it and said it was AWESOME. She said I should do it next time with her. Don't know if I could, but I may entertain the idea.

What would be the best way to train for this?
Really just running and strength training. Muscle endurance is helpful, and agility skills too. My friend that did it said she didn't train differently for it, but she works out like a monster, haha.

I am so excited you might be doing this Liza!  If my BIL does it again, I think I'll go up to cheer everyone on!
I don't think there is much training to be done - except maybe endurance  It's mostly just obstacles and short distance running.

Okay, another run that is on my goal run list! We almost did the PA one in the fall, but I didn't feel comfortable doing it pregnant, so we didn't sign up. It looks like soooooo much fun and I really just want one of the hats!
