oh..me! me!
I had an 80s themed 30th birthday....
I went to H and M and got the ugliest flourescent tank top. I also got from there a big ugly white shirt with gold shiny stars, and wore in over the tank off the shoulder.
I wore leggings with a little skirt over it.
I went to thrift stores and got white sneakers, leg warmers, horrid jewelry and some funky clips. I also ordered off ebay some old pins ...Smurfs etc.
Yes, i went overboard.
But, i am supercheesy, so it worked.
I have all my stuff if you need anything...

*HUGE colored earrings
* Ponytail on the SIDE of your head
*Flashdance off the shoulder shirt
*Blue eyeshadow, pink frosted lipstick, bue mascara
* Don't forget your Electirc Youth perfume.
* Heels with socks

Well, i would love to help you only if i can go!
Big White button down shirt with a big thick belt and black legging and ballet flats.
curl your bangs in a big roll on your forhead and tease your hair so it stands out really far.
oops almost forgot don't forget the shoulder pads! thats a must
